The sessions are shorter and built around pictures, stories and simple choices, and we notice curiosity, attention and how the child plays rather than any domain. There is no direction and no exam talk at this age. What we learn carries forward, so when the child reaches Class 6 the guru already knows them.

Children from Class 3. Classes 3 to 5 get a gentler, play-first journey designed for younger children. From Class 6 (around age 11) the six-domain journey begins, which gives five calm years of observation before the Class 11 stream decision — instead of one anxious month. Colleges have their own journey from 2nd year.

Same belief, different journey. The school journey watches a child across six domains of life over two years. The college journey watches a student across the real areas of their own field — for an engineering student, AI, cybersecurity, data, cloud, software and more — over one academic year, and shows which of them the student comes alive in.

Second year. First year is for settling in. From second year there is still time to act on what is found: deepen in third year, build something real in fourth.

Two short activities a week, in the college lab, on a laptop. Each is a small real-world situation — sort these, order these, decide this, explain why. The guru asks follow-up questions. There is no syllabus to study and nothing to prepare.
